Billing Notes
No annual discount
Business and Enterprise are monthly only. No annual billing option exists for team plans. The per-seat cost does not decrease with volume for standard plans.
Pro-ration for mid-month
Seats added mid-month are pro-rated based on remaining billing days. A seat added on the 15th of a 30-day month would cost roughly half the monthly rate.
Enterprise Cloud requirement
The $60/seat total assumes your org does not already pay for GitHub Enterprise Cloud ($21/seat). If you are already on GHE Cloud, Copilot Enterprise adds only $39/seat.
